life threw my eyes is crazy right know i wake up everyday with  the harsh reality that i am an adult now .This is the do or die moment my future is in my hands. wow  its  my time to shine sometimes i feel like little things are holding me back but that little thing is me.i have only a few who believe in me. imagine being in the your mothers belly and someone already doesn't believe in  you before they know you.

working for Bourdain

If i worked for Bourdain i think it would be an adventure because with him everyday would be a new day. I would learn from him and when he is high out of his mind i would laugh.I would learn the way of the kitchen. I think that if i worked with him i would see food as something else.However i think me and Bourdain would bump heads a lot because i'm a free spirit  and i like to do my own thing and i feel like we would bump heads a lot.

Kitchen Confidential is a book filled with influential people .All the people he meets in his life helped him become the great chef he is today .Bigfoot was one of the most influential people that he has ever worked for .Anthony describes him as a very well organized restaurant owner, mentor, and friend .Anthony aspires to run his kitchens just as bigfoot did. Bigfoot taught him how to make better, faster, and cheaper food. He taught Anthony to be able to discover fraud, deception or even a smell white a lie a mile away. Bigfoot loved to catch people in lies. There was a time when after years of ordering shrimp from a seafood purveyor Bigfoot discovers a label indicating net weight, he realized the company had been cheating him of a few ounces of shrimp every five ounces. Another influential person was Howard Mitcham .Howard was the sole “name chef” even though he was intoxicated most of the time and hard to understand he was a respected chef and author .Anthony admired him for his love of seafood he was fascinated at how Howard could get the least popular fishes of the day and make something that people would drive from all over to sample.

            In the novel, Kitchen confidential by Anthony Bourdain he describes how he worked around pirates that act like gods. Kitchen confidential is a book that revolves around crazy characters with unexplainable actions some of those actions led Anthony into choosing to become a chef. Anthony worked with some crazy characters he describes them as pirates for the way they dressed .They wore  cut up chef’s coats, dirty blue jeans, old and faded head bands and blood covered apron’s .They were afraid of nothing .They drank, stole and they screwed every person that worked there or just came in casually. They all had their own weird dialect and slang .Bobby the chef was one of the most memorable characters of them all, on one particular day a large wedding party came to the dreadnaught for a celebratory dinner following their reception. Bobby and the bride had a brief conversation all of a sudden bobby told Anthony to watch his station, all the crewmembers were looking for bobby all of the sudden they heard “yes yes …..good good” and they  looked out and saw bobby rear ending the bride.

Another crazy character was Beth she called herself the “grill bitch” she considered herself was one of the guys even though the chef world was male dominated she proved that theory wrong .one day Beth was in the kitchen and one of the Moroccan cooks touched her butt when he least expected it she threw him over a cutting board and started dry-humping him.

Strengths, weaknesses, likes, and dislikes

Well being a student writer is very difficult for me because it takes me time to come up with a good essay.So much thought has to be put into it and the grammar has to be perfect as if being human isn't hard enough .We all make mistakes and sometimes we miss the smallest mistakes like ,where a comma goes.I like that i can express my self  threw my writing and tell story's about my crazy child hood and things that have changed my life for the better or worse. My strengths are that I can think of a story on any topic given to me. My weaknesses , i don't elaborate enough and my punctuation is really off .I have alot of run on sentences ,i try to write everything while it is still fresh in my mind but instead i end up writing sentences that have no end and that dont make any since.

My strenghts wellllll i can write about any topis but its takes me time to come up with a good topic i rather write then do math.my weakness are sentence run on and grammer i try to write out all my thoughts while they are still fresh in my mind and i have the tendency to keep writing without checking back to see if my sentences make any sense
